Luxury country house close to the sea in the Algarve

Casa Manor Pedras de Cima is a stylish and comfortable Portuguese country house located in the eastern part of the Algarve, just five minutes from the beach. With a private swimming pool, generous outdoor space and complete privacy, it is an ideal place to stay with family or friends all year round. The property can accommodate up to 30 guests, making it particularly suitable for larger groups.

Complete privacy on a unique private estate

The country house is set on a protected estate of 3.5 hectares, surrounded by a lemon grove with approximately 1,200 lemon trees, palm trees and (sub)tropical fruit trees. The garden offers several shaded areas as well as a large sports field (35 x 70 metres) with sports equipment. Depending on the season, fruit and vegetables can be picked for personal use.

Comfortable accommodation for groups of up to 30 guests

Casa Manor Pedras de Cima features 10 spacious bedrooms spread over two floors. All bedrooms have their own (heated) en-suite bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning, heating and a ceiling fan. In addition, there is an extra sleeping area with a private bathroom in the annex near the pool. Together, the property offers comfortable accommodation for groups of up to 30 guests, while maintaining privacy and space.

Private swimming pool, rooftop terrace and coastal views

From the country house you can enjoy beautiful views over the Algarve coastline, best experienced from the rooftop terrace by the pool. Around the pool you will find everything you need to relax, including a bar area. The swimming pool can be heated to 25°C for an additional fee of €42 per night.

Authentic courtyard with BBQ and pizza oven

The atmospheric inner courtyard with its old olive trees forms the heart of the property. This is where tranquillity, space and outdoor living come together. The BBQ and pizza oven make it the perfect setting for long evenings with family and friends.

Suitable for weddings and retreats
